Immigrant Heritage Week panel at the New York Public Library, Thursday, 18 April 2019

 

In celebration of Immigrant Heritage Week, organized by the NYC Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, Marc Quinn introduced Our Blood in a panel discussion with Fatuma Musa Afrah, newcomer/refugee and founder of United Action e.V., and Sally Susman, Co-Chair of the Board of Directors, International Rescue Committee. The discussion was moderated by Mark Thompson, President & CEO of The New York Times and was introduced by David Miliband, President and CEO of the IRC with additional remarks by Bitta Mostofi, Commissioner of Immigrant Affairs.
